-①タスクバーの「検索」アイコンをクリック
-②検索フォームに「powershell」と入力しましょう。
-③「Windows PowerShell」を右クリックし
-④「管理者として実行」しましょう。

以下のコマンドを実行します。これだけでインストールは完了します。

 wsl --install

 インストール中: Ubuntu
 Ubuntu はインストールされました。
